Find Your Comfort Zone With Collection 40’s Inclusive Modular Tables + Benches

This year, Equiparc is celebrating 40 years of making public spaces better with their high-quality, sturdy, versatile site furniture. To mark the occasion, they’ve debuted Collection 40, an inclusive line of utilitarian modular tables and benches whose aesthetic appeal will stand the test of time. Inspired by the success of the Urbaniti Collection released in 2021, the new series was thoughtfully designed in-house to depict fluidity and freedom of movement.

The lightweight components of Collection 40 include straight and curved benches and tables, as well as accessories such as backrests, armrests, and tabletops – all encouraging creativity in project configurations. Whether you need to accommodate a large gathering or delineate a more intimate space, the possibilities have your project more than covered. Arrange Collection 40’s benches around a tree, in an S-shape, or in a semi-circle, with no limits to layouts or integration. Openings between the benches allow accessibility for those with reduced mobility, while other features and embellishments help to further create a comfort zone for everyone.

Die-cast aluminum bases were designed using an interlocking modular system, making it so that only upper elements need to be added. The innovative scheme also allows for a replacement support of the base that facilitates wall-mounted installation. The interchangeable pieces all feature a rounded design that’s in line with the seating’s slats, arranged width-wise to minimize material waste and optimize usage.

Collection 40’s seating and tabletops utilize hot-dip galvanized steel, known for its longevity when exposed to the elements, and a polyester powder coating. The durable, eco-responsible slat covers are available in Equiparc’s full range of local and exotic hardwoods, as well as a post-consumer option. Choose from Ipe, Jatoba, Douglas fir, White oak, and recycled plastic available in a choice of five colors.
